Games like KOTOR?

Im not asking you anything, im replying to the things you say on a public forum. So because older gamers don't share your opinions they are "sclerosed"? what? blind and unable to adapt? Do go on.
Don't forget to drink your milk 👌
Some really great suggestions in this thread so thanks for everyone's contributions.

I enjoyed Divinity the most out of those listed here. Might be worth seeing if gameslikefinder has a list on this one, haven't checked out their website in a while.

I'd recommend Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It's more a stealth-shooter than an RPG but it has a great story and a lot of depth (several ways to solve missions, good character/item customization etc).
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

Only modern games I can think of right now are the Witcher games.

There are plenty of older ones though, like the Baldur's Gate series or Planescape Torment.

yep was nice one.

action/adventure i may add:

Dishonored
L.A Noire: i have to test this one btw

Dishonoered was awesome, really liked the fact taht you can go full stealth in that game

L.A Noire is totally worth trying out, its not as dynamic and actiony as the others, but its a geniunley intriguing game with a unique feel, i really liked it

To me it was probably the most boring game i have ever played.. the story was uninteresting, the quests were MMO quests (go kill 10 chickens and return the feathers to X, then go kill 10 wasps etc, same shit over and over again), the combat was literally 1 button spam(the more you click left click the fancier it gets, god forbid you actually have to do something) with none of the skills being remotely intersting(knockdown at 90 angle degree and some other boring shit)

You asked for story not gameplay.
Gameplaywise Witcher 1 reminds more of a Quicktime RPG.

Witcher 2 has a much more fluent gameplay, that's not limited to clicking.

The subways were horribly designed, took me a while till I could fasttravel entire DC.

And the story itself also doesn't fit into the Fallout universe.
