We're still looking into this, anything you find is helpful! If you haven't tried it yet, reverting to a previous version of your drivers may solve the problem.

We have the card, and have done some testing on it. Our tech specialist would be able to give real details, but from what I understood it looks like the card does some different things with priorities that can mean that processing power is almost entirely cut to some processes when Path of Exile is running... This isn't really my forte, but it does sound like we at least know what the problem is, if not how to fix it! I'll keep on their case so it isn't forgotten.
If you can try closing all other processes or something similar and see if it makes a difference, it'd be good to know, but we'll still have to figure out what is going on with the card that is causing all of this.
