ye ok obvious what this item will be used for

keep corrupting them until you have enough bricked rares to sell to the vendor for an uncorrupted rare and then craft that because of the all resist implicit

will have no use in pvp but pve gonna have a field day with this easily forseeable abuse that somehow slipped the mind of literally everyone at ggg for weeks but anyone who actually plays the game can see in less than 1 minute

the alternative is that there will be a new base freely dropping which would render this item useless actually, unless their leagues really have a low level requirement (iirc lvl 29 is the current standard for lld)

is 10% increased global defenses mean to be working like this?

You have 20 Armor
Equipped this
You have 20*1.1 = 22Armor

You have 10 ES
Equipped this
You have 10*1.1 = 11ES

You have 5 EV
Equipped this
You have 5*1.1 = 5.5 which should be round up to 6EV

Either way, I dont think there have much use of this item...

Unless you have 2-3000 Armor/ES/EV or else the 10% extra seem to be a bit less...

Well, this is understandable as it's based level is only 12...
