Beta Invite Timer Gadget [v1.2]

This gadget got me wondering if anyone that has used this has actually seen their name pop up while watching it. wouldn't this act more like a curse and actually lower your chances of getting the beta, not because there is anything inherently wrong with it, nor is there any witchcraft involved(at least I hope^^). Something like Murphys law, where things will go wrong simply because it's the worst possible outcome and that you are paying too much attention to it.

Basically when you concentrate and/or watch something too much things generally turn out for the worst, as if fate was playing a cruel game with you. Well, that's enough of my rant.

PS: I totally don't want the beta to this game, Please don't give it to me, Noooooooooo, don't punish me!




It didn't work, Damnit! I think it's back to watching the desktop for a few more hours for me, good luck to the rest of you *.*

Oh and by the way, Would be super sweet if this could be a app for phones, you know, for when I'm on the go and stuff, or when I'm feeling the need to further torture myself^^

the invite timer is a cruel addition to the website. If the game proves to be as cruel and devilish as this timer, the waiting would have definitely been worth the while. argh let us all crawl in the blood and doom already!

I almost did. I was just looking at the timer when a name very much LIKE mine popped up - Verra or Verry or something like that. Nearly whacked my monitor when I noticed it wasn't MY name. Arrrgggh.

Oh gotta get this just to torture myself and to get myself even more exited! ...and desperate.. :p
