WTB +80 spelldmg wand

Stats I want for a wand

Combined amount of atleast 80 spell damage, the more the better.
Max mana
Mana regen

Bonus stats which I value
Projectile speed
Cast speed

Elemental damage from weapons apply to weapon damage only as I understand.

As for the dagger, if it had other useful stats I would definately take it.

Nice wand but the price is too high considering theres no other useful stats for me :) Rather get something more expensive with better AND useful stats! Thanks for offer though =)

im preety sure the 20% works on enything thats elemental dmg(weapon or spell)

I have to disagree, but regardless, its a very nice sceptre, too bad it doesnt have mana regen because atm my mana pool would not handle 15% cast speed increase without mana regen :D

Edit: In fact I tested it, and it seems to apply to spells, nice ! What would you like for that sceptre? :)
