@reloads maybe u can focus on geting some evasion gear and for passive tree get some more health. try to get some hp/WED/crit chance or Hp/WED/Crit multi from jewlerys. Add some resis to ur rings if it isnt capped. Dimond rings are very nice, i recommend alching diamond rings if u can. Wtih lv 20 Reduce mana and 4% reduce mana reserve from tree is enough to run Anger/Wrath/Herald of ice so spec out of influence when your gem is lv 20. I dont recommend ele hit for single target maybe try Tornado shot + LMP or Torando Shot + Faster attack. They provide more dps since it "shotguns".
