with my crappy gear, i respecced into this, es ard 5k, and running all auras in the build except haste, plus HoT. dropped chain, added lgoh, using ics. Saved me lotsa crit nodes from tree. Since ics is buffed and icd got halved. still strong and viable (Y)

Power Siphon is very outclassed now by Kinetic blast + Pierce in my opinion.
I am doing more damage with my level 85 scion using KB then I did with my level 96 witch using PS Kb is new wand Meta :)  |
