This is for a build who has to max power charge for max effectiveness. Therefore has to go from shadow, witch and templar area.

And wand broken as fuck even without power charge on crit/power siphon??? so you are suggesting to use voll's protector to get the power charge (2 armor slot gone, shield and body armor). Or are you so stupid to use the wand without getting any power charge, or so strong that you wanna cripple yourself with less spell damage.
