I could not find any info about the balance between characters so here im posting. Is this how PoE +/- would like in matter of balance between characters ? If no (i hope) can som1 tell me when we will get some reworked balance? My concider is mostly about ranger that seems to be weakest class from all (dunno about dualist tho).
