As in people to do quests and farm items with.

I've been soloing all of the content up to around level 45-ish and I find it lacking in terms of social interaction due to no people to do things with and since the each time I finish a difficulty, the difficulty just increases to a higher level than before, I have to be tediously cautious as I often have to lure mobs out by two's or four's if I'm dealing with a large group of monsters, and that takes a while by myself.

I ask or try to find parties on Global Chat, but no one seems to ever answer.

So I'm just curious, how do you guys do it? Do you play with people you just know in real life or friends you've known a long time from other MMO's? Seems like that's my only option at the moment. Kind of hard to get a group together that's interested in questing/farming on the same thing I'm doing.
