Confirmed. Seems like lot of (if not all) items' flat defences values have been decreased... Somebody is kidding us well.

This sounds like working as intended, to me. This is [Path of Nerfs] my brothers - now with included stealth NERFS. I support this and all NERFS lets bring the community to it's knees GGG. EMBRACE the NERF people don't whine about it. Your GG items were way OVER-POWERED anyway.
