About Catarina Master of the Dead

Hey folks , high level summoner here ( 92 ) and i am really curious about thhe bonuses that bitch witch will provide us. Is she really master of the dead and provide bonuses to our minions ? I DO NOT WANT SOMETHING OP , even for example a +5% added fire damage will be fine.

I post this because i fear she will give some of the following :
-ES ( ok thats good )
-Mana ( -_- )
-Mana Regen ( -_- )
-Intelligence ( -_-'' )
- Cast Speed (...........)

Since she is the full caster class i fear she will provide those things along with a '' +2 to level of minions '' and that is all pretty much. So i bet no master of the dead actually

I'm rolling a summoner in the new league as well, I think I remember seeing somewhere that she can roll + minion life on our gear, I'll try find the link

Where might one find Catarina?

You can grind the Ledge till you find her. At least, Merciless Ledge. I've found Haku, Vagan, and Catarina there.
