Frenzy, Blood rage and now poacher: Hope there will new ways to consume Frenzy charges

With frenzy its quite easy to have max charges within seconds, with blood rage too and now that we get Poacher's mark you can almost get max frenzy with 1 shot.
Everybody that used frenzy had that feeling "Im wasting frenzy charges because im already at maximum" Maybe a new Buff skill that consume charges would be nice i.e.:(berserker:2sec per frenzycharges|Proximityshield:2sec per enducharge|Reflec damage:2sec per PowerCharge) or a unique that proc something and consume em...
