Buffs to Unique Bows

Chin Sol went from 75 - 100% increased Physical to 100% - 180% increased Physical and from 5% Attackspeed to 10-14%. It also gets the 11% increased Damage all base-items got. So it is about twice as strong as it was before (maybe more with perfect rolls).

Darkscorn got a minor buff to damage, not sure if it makes the item any better. Might be interesting for CI though since it provides 25% Physical Reduction.

Notches Infractem got a huge buff with up 35 - 45 Physical Damage. Although you can't leech I assume Life Gain on Hit still works. The old Decimation-base was 30-80 should be about 34 to 89 now, so the bow does up to 138 to 268, compared to the old 56 to 158.

Lyoneyes also got better, but it still might not be able to compete with good rare bows, exspecially since it basically is just a rare-bow except for the can't miss part. I would have wished for a small buff to Lyoneyes and Voltaxic, since Voltaxic actually got worse, since it does no Physical Damage, it does not benefit from the base-stat increase and the nerf to Wrath propably also hurts it.

But I'm fairly excited about the changes to Infractem and Chin Sol, I actually might use the former in weapon-switch for my ranger for easy trash-clear, since getting a free Pierce makes it really nice for this purpose. If Projectiles Return is a mod for Quivers (it might also be a support-gem at some time) this would be fairly awesome with Infractem since you most likely can hit enemies twice with it.
Infractem also got upped base critical chance. Might be nice for Puncture builds now with a corrupted quiver +1 arrows and +1 arrows on the bow itself. Just line up enemies and shoot through all of them while having no penalty to damage.
Drillneck is huge bonus to this bow (if playing standard). Since you always pierce you get 100% increased projectile damage and it has flat phys dmg, too.
As links just stack damage and crit (preferrably in a +1 gems chest): Puncture - Phys Proj Attack Dmg - Empower (huge bonus to phys dmg and bleed) - Faster Attacks - Critical Dmg - Critical Strike Chance - Additional Accuracy. Then get critical dmg and strike chance nodes and those dmg over time nodes = gg, son.

€: Ah yeah, arrows return mod. Overkill! Might start to play a build like that in new league :D

I guess Infractem got the same threatment as the Harbinger. So rolling +1 Arrows removes the crit implicit.

I would have loved some more implicits. Some basic-pierce for citadels? Or removing this terrible mod from Maraketh bows... I mean Harbinger has up to 50% critchance and Maraketh up to 12% Weapon Elemental Damage.

Yeah, and then one shot yourself to crit because you have no lifeleech and hitting like a truck. Sounds like a great plan!

Also... i'm not entirely sure if "always pierce" translates to "100% chance for arrows piercing". Has anyone tested if it works with drillneck?

Why would you kill yourself? You are evasion based and have Ondar's Guile + Dodge. You will evade 29 out of 30 reflected hits BEFORE the entropy counter resets lol.

And just because the bow doesn't make it possible to LEECH life, doesn't mean you can't regen life or get it on hit. Just exchange one of the gems with Life gain on Hit or wear a Thief's Torment...

And yes, 'always pierces' = 100% pierce chance.
