Failed to connect to instance.

Hi, I've been experiencing this problem since the past few days. I've checked the forum and tried doing the things suggested but to no avail. I've contacted my ISP and they said the connection is fine, I've used a VPN (hotspot shield) and still have the same problem when I join random areas. I also ran the packcheck and said it was all ok.
I'd like to know what am I supposed to do know, since I've been playing this game for quite a while and suddenly started having this issue a few days ago (after downloading the steam version). Since then, I've uninstalled the steam version and downloaded the normal client from this site, installed and played fine for a few hours, but the problem came back.
I'm from Argentina, if that helps in any way.
