Fire Wand Templar?

I want to make a wand templar kind of like kripps but with another main spell of firestorm
Im thinking of almost same tree as kripp except with some %fire damage nodes instead.
If i add fire damage to siphon would the % fire i have add ontop or siphon?

What do you think?
