Wand with culling strike

The reason i wanted this wand was the +2 to fire gems.
If we can add +2 to fire gems with benches the wand becomes completely worthless.
The reason you actually got 1-2ex offers was because me and anybody else offering for it is likely running RF without an alpha's with a setup like this:

I am 100% sure that you can't get +2 from crafting, we'll be glad if you can even get +1

It's works as if Culling strike was linked to your every attack made with that wand.

This is false i think.

Culling strike on that weapon is a "global" effect, meaning it will apply to spells also.

Just like daggers have 80% global crit etc.

It's an implicit they are always global.

Peace,

WRONG.
the culling only applies to attacks with THIS wand.
Forums are SOOO much fun on patch day!

Casuals play because it's fun, not to achieve any goal unreachable with their resources.
We are playing for the next difficulty, the next keystone, the next item upgrade.
Not to feel better than anyone else.

Why would you post wrong information?

Tested and confirmed. Implicit cull is global like you would expect the game engine to handle it.
(also tested with a fireball in order to make sure it was not "cold shatters" cull property being utilized)

(why do people post this kind of misinformation without testing....i have no idea, at least admit you are not sure, like i did prior to testing)

Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
I second Boem. I remember a post from GGG staff which stated that Culling Strike corrupted mod was global.
Ranger builds list: /917964
When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch?
If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
Watching witches watch watches is not for the faint of heart...

It is an implicit mod, all of them are global. Some just hold no relevance to skills utilized.

18% accuracy on a spell that has 100% hit chance for example.

If we believe Fhedaykin 1% lightning life leach would only work for lightning strike on weapons.(or flat lightning rolls of gear etc)

Which is simply not the case.

My bad, i agree, this is global
never seen culling on a weapon (corrupted) before
I equaled it to blind on moonsorrow

i will start corrupting my moonsorrows!
