Fire Ball, Fire Storm/Fire Blast build [need some advise]

my english is pretty poor i warned you :P
hey guys i wanna make a build where i use fire ball for single targed and fire storm or maybe flame blast as AoE spell build im not sure ^^ as curse i wanna use Temporal chain so i prepared 2 passive trees the first is more offensive and the second is more defensive my highest char is only lv 74 so i dont know much about the really hard lv 80+ content i hope you can help me to make the best out of this passive trees or atleast let me know which one of these is the better one for "late game" offensive :
