Probably the most powerful aspect of Master crafting...

I agree if its every mod out there....its going to become tooooooo cluttered. There are hundreds of mod brckets.

Also why would a master crafter want to give you 3 dmg reflected to attackers or 2 life regen?

I really wonder if we will be able to get flat phys/%phys on weapons with crafting. If it's possible, it would be very easy to have a decent weapon super fast, as having decent %phys only or decent flat phys only is already very easy. I'm not speaking about godlike weapon ofc. But if those options are available, it would have a big impact on the economy, as decent weapons will see their worth decrease very fast. A 300 pDPS Harbinger Bow for example, which is for now quite worthy (I didn't say mirror worthy), won't be that valuable in that case.

even on an item with <5 mods, its always possible to have a very low tier for the life roll, if you block the undesired 'other' mod or not. -> no guarantee that you'll be pleased ;)

dont think so. chaos orbs you can get via recipe. exalt keeps to be a rare drop. and also exalts will be even higher in demand with new crafting options. i doubt there will be big difference to current exchange rates.

but most probably there will be less trading than before...as people are able to make decent items themselves and using their orbs more for crafting than for buying other peoples stuff.

true, but still...its quite a huge reduction of rng. Especially when you start work with this orb i have never seen drop yet...eternal. :)
It will be excellent for adding your missing mods while leveling. In end game it will be awesome for giving your gear a 'theme', like LGOH, crit chance or WED. This is my solo/sf view.

Consider how little chaos are used at the beginning of the leagues,they have little to no sink until people start using them for maps,that leads to exa starting around 13-15 chaos and quickly reaching 23-25.Now people will sink lots of them into crafting,and people will also be less inclined to part ways with them,so i think the ratio will be kept down for a long time.
