Premium Stash Tab Sale purchase not showing up

You see what is wrong here, nevertheless the reasons you gave. In my opinion that is wrong those that pay should get supported and not be slapped in the face by having to empty there remove only stash tabs.

I could agree to it when the remove only from non payers get removed within a certain time. This solution that is now in place is punishing those that pay to clean up and those do not pay can keep them.

Wrong in my eyes and disappointing at best. I clearly wonder who demanded that ... none of my friends agree to this either and we all have 25+ stashes.

This wasn't the reason, GGG explicitly stated it was just to fix a bug with tab upgrades. This has never been an "exploit" in any sense. Nor would this solution be particularly effective in conserving item space anyway.

Would you prefer that they make you pay for those extra tabs in every league you use the tabs you bought in? You're getting free tabs for life in every new league. Think about that before you complain about them upgrading one of your old tabs in Standard.

The proper solution would be to place a timer on the remove-only tabs and say 'you have X days to take your items, after which this tab will be deleted'. Their generosity gets them in trouble seems to me, now a few people feel entitled to extra storage space they never bought.

Curious what Blizzard does to solve the same problem now that D3 will also have time limited leagues with separate stashes which will be converted at leagues' end. Betcha their solution doesn't involve permanent free storage space!

Yeah there should be something sorted as like i said before i am forced to clean up my remove only stashes that are obvious full with stuff from other leagues.

I did not buy 6 extra stashes just to login and have 6 full extra stashes. It just not justify the money i pay for it compared to stashes that stay removed only from people that do not pay a penny.

You paid for full use stash tabs. You got full use stash tabs. They will be empty in new leagues. People who didn't pay for them won't get them in new leagues. So quit complaining about it.

My stash in standard is filled with remove only tabs. It is not because I am trying to exploit more storage space. It is because I simply do not play in standard. Because I do not play in standard I have no wish to go organize the massive mess that is my standard stash.

30 stash tab pages, with multiple temp leagues with full stashes dumped into standard as remove only is a nightmare. There are probably 90 remove only tabs in my standard stash, and the contents of each will probably never even be looked at again.

GGG could put a timer on these remove only tabs if they really wanted them to be temporary. Could even be a long time, like a year. idk.

There's clearly a disconnect between what folks think they're purchasing and what folks actually get. GGG have introduced an ill thought through measure of reducing remove-only tabs which clearly needs a rethink. The purchase of new tabs should have no effect whatsoever on remove-only tabs, these tabs should be dealt with separately by some other method or at the very least it should be made clear at the point of purchase that remove-only tabs can and do get converted. However, the problem GGG seem to have given themselves is that their own costumer support are unable to tell users what remove-only tabs will be converted and how many (if you have more than one.)

If GGG are confused by the process, is it any wonder that players are too. To simply say "quit complaining" is not helpful. People that follow these forums closely may have knowledge of these recent changes to tabs, but for those that don't follow the forums in any great depth, it's easy to see why they're confused by what's happening.
