Q) Frenzy 6 Stacks or 7?

I was browsing through Duelist passive and I have noticed I could have up to 6 Frenzy stacks. In addition to, I could get another Frenzy stack from a quest reward. So my question is, what is the maximum Frenzy charges? 6 or 7?
