lost connection to twitch chat

Hi im an avid streamer via OBS which is completely unrelated but i log into the streaming tab under options and i get an extra twitch chat option which times out and disconnects me from the chat - so i can sit for 2 hours thinking no one wrote to me and all of a sudden i get an ingame whisper saying - check the chat on twitch!!!

i have tested it with the ingame video streaming as well and the chat still disconnects after a while and leaves me completely blind to actual twitch chat.

if i then type something in the chat it will connect for 1 or 2 mins then disconnect without me knowing it again.

first signs of google's take over of twitch?
