faster casting stun knockback blind chance to ignite GMP faster projectiles increased duration IIR IIQ added cold/chaos/light dmg crit chance/crit dmg (4% base crit chance) Probably some I have missed. Mark_GGG 2012 If you put on your full plate mail, and I throw hundreds of toothpicks at you, you'll basically not feel it.
