I'm not sure which Id rather have, the original implicit or this one. Either way, that is one sexy quiver.

The original implicit witch is 10% chance to pierce is not nessesary. Even if you will have that 10% you still have to use Pierce skill gem with at least 55% pierce chance to get 100% (35% pierce chance of projectiles from skill tree). But you could get up to 74% pierce chance with 20/20 pierce gem alone. Additional arrow pretty much doubles the damage of any single projectile attack without penalties (like LMP/GMP)
