My mailbox don't get any mail, including landing unlocking and change mailbox.

I changed many times the mailbox, any email have not received the mail, but I re apply for a new account, the account to receive mail without any problems.My account to receive mail function out of the question？

When you change the email on an account, it sends an email to the OLD address on file to verify you want it changed.
This prevents someone like me from getting your password, and just setting your account to my email. If your email is secured, it requires them to get both your PoE password as well as your email password (and they should NOT be the same). So check your original email address for a verification email. If you have issues accessing your old email address, you'll need to email support at the address in the Contact Support link at the top of the page and they can assist you. |
