One Month Race transferring to Standard League?

Hello,

I have a question concerning the new one month race.

Is it so that regular characters in the One month Race get transferred to Standard League when the race ends? I've read that harcore race characters get put in Hardcore league when they die or when the race ends.

So both regular and hardcore race characters get transferred to standard league after the race?
Where can I find that on the site somewhere?

Alive HC league char -> HC
Dead HC league char -> Standard immediately
