CWDT

I'm using a cwdt with molten shell and enduring cry, and i don't know with i should level up the gems. Some ppl say to level up and others tell to not level up. I wanna know when to level up and why.
This is the cwdt that i'm using right know(notice that i'm in hc).

If you have the sockets/gems, it's always nice to have two CWDT setups. Here are mine:


One is low-level and triggers whenever I get sneezed at, the other one is more of an "oh shit!" reaction and is considerably more potent.

I decide it this way:

My Hp / 3 or 4 = the Amount of Cwdt to trigger.

So when 1/3 or 1/4 of my HP is more then lvl 1 cwdt, i level it and so i can level the linked Spells too.
If not, i wait.
