Does spell echo work on spell casting specter?

Does spell echo work on spell casting spectre? I linked a spell echo gem to my spectre gem, but I don't see any small icon for spell echo on the spectre spell button. Plus Spectre spell doesn't increase any mana cost at all either. I hope it is a bug and will be fixed soon.

Spell Echo does not work with Traps, Totems, or Mines.
Are you using Traps, Totems, or Mines to summon your spectres?

They didn't mention anything, it's possible we'll get the cast speed multi but the spell won't repeat, or it will on last cast but one more won't make much difference on those spells.

Spell Echo just gives the %more cast speed to channelled spells so they end up charging faster.
For Incinerate and Flameblast, you should plan on using Spell Echo 100%.

thanks. that "spell repeats" thingy made me suspect It wont work on channeled spells

Does Spell echo support reave?

The reason I ask is that I ran into a Echo Shrine and my reave Attacks where off the chart clearing out full rooms in under 5 seconds. I linked them in my build but see no real change.

But my Reave Gem is @lvl-19 and echo spell is @lvl-5 so that may have something to do with it.

It's an "echo" shrine, not a "spell echo" shrine and reave is an attack. Multistrike is the melee equivalent.
