Best Bow in the server?

I don't see like anyone using mana leech, what are you all using for mana management? All have blood magic passive? I noticed one person with blood magic gem. but honestly I am really curious. I notice LA with chain, lmp, loh, and weapon elemental. I use ice shot and I am planning to use an odd set up. But currently using ice shot with mana leech, weapon elemental, and faster attacks. So far it's superior to any of the multiple projectiles or chain or fork.
