In act 3 if u do to the dock in town u will see a fish hanging off the side of the dock.
If u click the fish in JUST the right place a portal opens up to the secret cow level. Can be hard to find the spot make sure u have your mouses sensitivety turend way down or u might miss it Just a sec let me grab a beer...@#*@ Ok how did I die this time

I have not seen the face of god but this world is desynced... I mean an illusion exile.
But really, the "secret cow level" are fishing rods in this game. Let us fish some more. kiwi nation

For the Secret Cow Level, you must go to the Merciless Docks and slay all of the enemies with a Glass Shank, along with no armor or skills. After you accomplish this, you will need to find the correct boat with a cow skull inside of it. Click on it, and a portal will open to the Secret Cow Level. You may thank me later.

I heard that you have to link a Portal Gem with a Cast on Death Gem and let an Albino Rhoa kill you. There is probably more that you have to do in order to get the Secret Rhoa Level portal to spawn properly.
TY to those who called me out on my BS on these forums. There is no benefit to being so selfish as to fail to acknowledge others' differing beliefs of what "should be" or believe your own opinions so supreme as to be factual and thus dismiss others' opinions as being somehow a lie or delusional.
