The core of any comedic enterprise. Or, put another way:

TRAGEDY + TIME = COMEDY

Too soon?

With important supporters quitting, and the forum toxicity...well, this is salt in the wound.

I like it. It only hurts the ones who cant handle the truth. And take the truth with a grain of salt.

Flask -resource-replenishing item tied to hotkeys repeatedly pressed while cursing one second after you die.

We may have that one covered under Glassblower's Bauble, but I think there may be sufficient fodder for an additional dig.

Glassblower’s Bauble: [n.] Orb used to increase the effectiveness of keys pressed in the instant immediately following a character's death.

Excellent suggestion, and we should probably find a place for Burning and Chilled Ground while we're at it.

I'm just a bit leery of that one - I've seen threads locked for going too far down that road, and I haven't thus far been able to determine how far one can push the subject without incurring the ire of the moderators.

The item definitely merits inclusion, no doubt. But we may already be playing with fireworks, and I don't want anyone to lose an eye. Call it self-censorship if you must. If I can find an adroit way of dancing around the subject, I'll give it a go.

DirkAustin summed things up nicely, there. All these jests are made in love. Every entry contains at least a smidgen of truth, or it wouldn't be funny, as Perq pointed out.

I've freely lampooned my own actions and attitudes as much as anyone else's. If our game (and our ego) is so fragile that we can't handle a little ribbing now and again, we are perhaps in deeper trouble than even NeroNoah anticipates.

And to think I was expecting some sort of generic new player guide to common PoE terms... This could not have been more perfect :D

Christ Wilson - out lord and savior
Kuduku - The reason you rip at ledge in races, often prayed to in an attempt to prevent this.
CoC - reaper of computers

Glad you are enjoying the Dictionary. We're avoiding becoming too personal by mentioning Himself, but Kuduku and Cast On Critical are prime subjects for a bit of fun.

Excellent suggestion, but we are doing our best not to become too personal by mentioning individuals in the course of skirting the "hateful" clause. That your username has entered the lexicon is a powerful memorial, though. I salute you, good sir!

My personal favourites.

Thanks for this post, really made me laugh.

best is Unfair: working as intended
D3 sucks
RMT: Whenever someone has better items than you, he is RMT'ing. View: Ladder.

Kuduku: A in general nice Totem, but in races it instantly shockstacks and kills you. Also whenever you wanna run away from it you end up trying to kill it.

Im kinda sleepy idk if that fits at all.
