cold templars are not viable as builds anymore, as they lack in damage in comparison to other builds. its surprising that people still build them.

That is a ridiculous thing to say. Just because they don't do as much dps as other builds doesnt mean they arent viable. They are FUN, which is why some of us play games. This game is lame if you just follow the most powerful build of the week instead of doing what you like. I love my frost king templar much more than other elemental builds i've done as temp.
