P.S. I was just listing some of the things that are allowed in this game as a contradiction to what OP thinks will get him punished; that's how i contributed to this discussion.
Why should these things you mentioned get anyone punished though? I read that as you think killing someone in HC doing bandits is something that should be punished or when people trade and get scammed that someone has to be punished there as well.
