I severely dislike gated content :P

If I may be as bold to ask, how rare will this be?

If echo works with Cast on Crit, then I could care less about it... I absolutely cringe every time I see a CoC build.

I figured that it would be in the general drop pool. It was fun watching people freak out for no reason.

On a side note this item has another pretty big downside. It has to be 6 linked in order to be very useful. Many other uniques don't have that need like Soul Taker or Mjolner. Makes it far less likely that too many people will be able to use it.

^it will be an affordable 6-link if your gonna use echo in your link's anyway :').

I'm honestly curious as to why people think this item is so amazing. It lacks the entire reason to use a staff. Besides the extra links. Without + gem level....It's just a mediocre item. I'd place it in the same rarity tier as BoR. So 2nd rarest.

I'd have to agree with this statement. Staves are simply in a miserable place right now, and while I'm sure echo will be amazing, you can get much more out of a wand/shield/6l chest piece...
