Most valuable gems and orbs?

What are the most valuable orbs and gems...? Say top 5? I am new and have little understanding of the market here. I have all these items but do not know how much they are worth. Are my gems all garbage or are some of them worth anything?

i know that the gem cutters prism is up there near the top.
then the orb of alchemy.

i was also told the good gems have a quality on them.

i am not a trader so please do not get upset with me. i just wanted to give some info.. that i know of.

there is a few places i have found with "price"info for the orbs.

Your most valuable orbs are: Exalted Orb, Gemcutter's Prism, Regal Orb/Chaos Orb, Regret Orb, Alchemy Orb, in that order (or should be).

Fusing comes rather close also.

As for gems, as I can't be arsed to hover through all of them, I'll just say this: Quality ones are always much more expensive than those that do not have it.

GCP=a hight valuable orb and only hight gear will worth GCP+ so if we take exalted that worth 6 GCP,you know that exalted worth 6x more and are really really expensive orb and only top gear might worth exalted or few of them.

Thats about the order id put it in - see --link removed-- for a reasonable guide to the exchange rates.

Gems are always worth something if they have a quality bonus.

If the quality bonus is really low keep them anyway until you have like 10 4% quality ones (recipe is adds to 40%) and then vender them for 1gcp.

Some gems that cannot be obtained from quests are worth something.

Chain is one and there are some others, there is a list on the wiki though not 100% sure its still in date.

In addition ANY skill gem could sell for up to an alch or so
In addition ANY support gem could sell up to 2 chaos or so depending on how desperate the buyer is to get it.
