I use a mings on a bloodrage crit dagger melee ranger. It gives me about 3k reflect safe dps and a load of chaos res to sustain bloodrage. I use the atziri flask too so I leech a bit off that chaos damage too. Need another 4 levels to finish off getting the life and crit nodes.
