360x270 pixel graphics

Hi guys.

So I have this strange bug:
The HUD backgrounds, loading screen and some other background-ish graphics seem to be set for some really low-resolution setup.

The game itself - models, textures, text messages, items, landscape and stuff is just fine, it's just the backgrounds. See for yourself:

I tried to change graphics - resolution, anti-aliasing, etc. but it didn't adress the issue.

My rig is a decent machine with a radeon 4850-series graphics card. Drivers, DirectX and the like are sufficiently new.

Any suggestions?

Cheers.

I have the same problem with radeon HD4870 series.
*Bump*

Someone an idea?
have you tried changing the settings in the ati catalyst or whatever?
Try looking in CCC for "Mipmap Detail Level" (CCC -> Gaming -> 3D Application Settings)
I think it's on High Performance, try putting it on High Quality and see if it helps.

Or it's another setting in the driver thats messing with the quality.

Its usually the mipmap setting. NVidia has similar options but i've never seen anyone with an nvidia card on here have this problem.

Did you even read the thread you posted in?

The suggested fix is just listed in post above yours (and the one before that).
