Avatar of fire builds?

What builds benefit the most from going avatar of fire? Been playing for a bit, but still not found a build I truly enjoy yet, want to try some of these builds :')

I made a Burning Arrow character in the last league using a Blackgleam to convert (most) of the remaining 50% physical damage to fire so almost 100% of the damage was converted to fire. I thought I would ignite stuff and proliferate the burn to melt everything around. I never got it to work very well (never had a good bow) and I got bored with it. But anyway, if you can convert all the damage to fire of whatever skill you use, you might be able to make a build you like. Infernal Blow with Facebreaker mitts would be another skill you could try. And any cold skill combined with the Cold To Fire support leveled to about 10 I think will get you 100% of cold damage converted to fire. I saw someone using Ice Spear which has insane crit chance at a distance seemed to be kinda cool. A skill like Ice Shot could be used in a similar way. The cone would still chill the ground but the damage would be fire.

A long time ago in closed beta Avatar of Fire was so OP that it almost became a staple of every build which used attacks; they completely removed the keystone for a long time due to it being overused and too good.

Eventually they nerfed the crap out of it until it lacked desirability for anything and quietly added it back to the skill tree, since then i'm not aware of any avatar of fire build that could be described as anything but lackluster (suffice to say they are kind of rare now).

Maybe someone out there has made a clever build that relies on this keystone but i'd wager it's heavily gear dependent and mediocre for the exalt cost.

In short, AoF sucks; but if you insist on making a build around this then you need to maximize abuse of the damage conversion to fire. Perhaps something that relied on burning damage or used the three dragons to shock stack. Glaring weaknesses to overcome will be no leaching except through support gems or special means and nerfed base damage.

Try Glacial Cascade with Cold to Fire, Hatred, a shitload of AoE increases, some crit and Three Dragons.
Spell Totem + Ice Nova + Elemental Proliferation easily shocks the entire screen with one cast.
