Any mobs that leeches life?

Are there any mobs that leeches life from us? I've played through act 3 and don't seem to find any that leeches life away from my toon... PLUS, why is there a node prevents enemies from leeching life away from you when there isn't a single mob that does so?

It is a possible attribute blue/yellow mobs can spawn with. I think they can only start spawning with it in cruel and beyond.

I've seen some in Act II cruel. The mobs that look like a bear.

Oak's Devoted in act 2 can cast Warlord's Mark, which lets enemies leech life from you.

It actually can get quite annoying if you happen to stumble upon a rare mob with vitality aura and life leech. If the mob then is resistent to your attacks, or even worse, gets endurance charges on hit, you're in for a long lasting fight. :D

Found mobs in act 3 cruel in the warehouse sewers with life leech, life regeneration, and extra health massive pain. It regenerated way too much health to kill
