Gifts From Above, IIR on CS stack?

ive got 2x Gifts from above.

Do the iir on critical strike stack?



and some little other question:

on the passive tree the skillnotes,

critical strike chance for spells only increases the strike chance on spells, alright.
the notes critical strike chance increases both, spells and melee attacks.

but i guess on items its different:

global strike chance, increases both
spell strike chance, increases spellcrit.

but for example the normal increased crit chance (weapons) only works on melee attacks right?

The mod on Gifts from Above is increased rarity of items dropped by enemies killed by critical strikes. With two rings it gains the increase from both, so yes, they stack.

The normal increased critical chance on weapons is a local mod for that specific weapon. So yes, it's only for attacks (that are specifically done with that weapon).
