i was able to ctrl + v for a long time then randomly one day i couldn't. (might be a patch) I just kinda ignored it didn't want to reinstall for something like that but then i got a new drive and had to reinstall anyways. So on a brand new computer brand new game files i still cannot ctrl + v anyone know why?

I was messing around with friends on Skype and one of them gave me a free voicechanger. I found that having that program active prevented my from using some basic commands like copying in certain places, pasting entirely, using my G1-G18 keys, some of my mouse's side buttons, and more.
Try making sure no such programs are running in the background, as this has been the cause in my experience. If that isn't the case, check your system. There are funky keyboard key combos that can change your setting without you knowing about it. |

This is new computer with nothing but drivers elague and PoE on it atm and i can copy/paste in every other program just not PoE.
