Cybil's Paw block chance to spell damage quesiton
Ahh, I misunderstood your question, Natharias. But if you are dual wielding 2 Cybil's Paws, you're not exactly trying to double dip, you're trying to single dip twice. Getting a separate bonus on two separate items wouldn't be double dipping.

" Double dipping is benefitting from the same thing twice. I'm still using two items, but it acts as double dipping. |

" You will confuse most people with that definition. That's like saying wielding two wands that each have +100% increased spell damage is "double dipping". |

You can double-dip from Increased Fire Damage with Ignite. It applies to the initial Hit first, improving Ignite's Base Damage per Second, and then multiplies that value again to determine final DPS. You only have one modifier, but you benefit from it twice.
In the case of dual-wielding Cybil's Paw, you only have one modifier, 12% Spell Damage per 5% Block Chance, and you benefit from it exactly once. |

" So using two cannot apply the increase twice? Someone else already confirmed that it does. |

It does. Note he said 12% spell damage per 5% block chance.
