amulet - all attributes, es, chaos res

i messaged some people about ones listed on here, but haven't heard back yet, so...
- looking for all attributes (either from an actual all attributes stat, dex/int/str, or citrine/agate/etc + the missing stat), preferably with (at least) dex being in the 40s total... or higher. i could make an agate amulet (for example) with t1 all attributes would work, if the other affixes are solid. energy shield - either + to es, % to es, or both chaos res bonus affixes: life, armor, evasion, all res. the rest won't matter much to me. thought i'd make this post before throwing yolo exalts at [Removed by Support]
