TradeAble Microtransactions? RIP RMT

I'm sure there is a reason this isn't allowed but i cant think of why.
If someone wants to sell their conqueror wings for 5-5000ex, power to them. This would allow a lot of people who can't pay real money to save up for those Microtransactions. Or make them buy able with exalts? Also maybe some people instead of RMT they can just donate to GGG and then sell/trade the Microtransactions. I like this idea because RMT currency rates I would hope would be based on our player group economy. Maybe this appeals to me since I have real money I'm willing to spend but nothing else to buy. TradeAble Microtransactions == RMT i use a secret account because i am a politician that doesnt want the NSA to know i play poe.

Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, allowing this would mean that it would be possible to gain an in game advantage in exchange for a monetary contribution. This would still technically be RMT and would add a pay-to-win element to the game that would negatively effect the in game economy and overall game play.
