Do I need Body/Soul nodes for Summoners?

Hey guys, this is my current build so far at level 49:

Do you feel that I should finish off the body and soul node at the left? or should I respec those points elsewhere (cold passives)? What I had in mind for this build was to create a minion master who deals cold damage and thought that I'd need this node for some survivability. As I started putting those points in, I kind of realized that I probably shouldn't even be inside the battle anyways face to face. Will I need this once I get into merciless to survive random hits that are bound to happen? Would life nodes be better instead? I currently use the two handed sword unique so no shield on hand.

nobody with experience in merciless has any ideas? heh like how this has 55 views already with 0 posts :(
