rip off tactics? shoot ill take good rolls over good links any day. why? because u can always crack an item up to 6l with enuff jewelers and fusings. can take a lot but theyre fairly cheap. crafting? eternals are 4ex ea. to even get to the et stage you will first need alts/augs which are cheap but also a ton of scours and regals for +3 and those add up fast.
im not saying im perfect at pricing, but i cant imagine that bow going for less than 4-5ex, and 6 seems fair to me. considering in the 6 months of playing this game ive had more pms regarding that bow in just the past 4 days, than anything else ive had ever, over the entire 6 mos, im pretty sure its a desirable item. i see only 6 or so bows on poexplorer with the +3, so ... if you had a better appraisal of its value id love to hear it.

Its roughly 1-3ex. The ilvl means nothing. The reason you are getting so many PM's is the botw episode was on a build using that kind of bow. The reason it is worth half or less of what you said is because they aren't that scarce, and there are a lot more than the 6 that are listed, and you wouldn't craft one of these with eternals anyway. Takes roughly 2ex of regal/alts to get +1/+2 bows.

I literally just sold a bow like this a few hours ago for 7ex on ambush. It was 5L, but that accounts for 1.5 ex at the very most.

Imagine harder. It's no where near 4 exas. These used to sell for a lot less before the build of the week video(around 10 chaos). You can alt+regal it for way less.
To give a good example. +3 wands can easily be bought for 2-5 chaos and they're even rarer than the mods on a bow.

what... the bow on page 1 lacks enough mods to be even cLOSE to what he wants
it's not hard to alt +2 bow/+1 gem and then regal the other. You'd be VERY unlucky to not get that combo in 6ex worth of other orbs. IDK how good stun duration is on items, I've never seen it affect item value that much. Crit is... meh i guess

Gem level mods are actually very rare.
5L accounts for way more than 1.5 ex if its on a good base and already on a good statted item. I sold an item for 4.5 ex 5L and without linking it i would've been LUCKY to pull 3
