Sanctified Vs. Hallowed. Which and Why?

Title.

I see most prefer Hallowed, but I also want to hear some arguments for Sanctified.
I guess the Sanctified life flask would be more useful when fighting against big groups as it would fill up pretty fast.

Also Sanctified takes 3 seconds for 700 hp vs Hallowed which is 960 in 8 seconds which means that if you compare them you'd have 1866,6 hp from the Sanctified flask in the same time that the Hallowed would give you 960 hp, this would only be useful if you're able to fill them up at a steady rate though.
Recovery speed is the central point. However, most people tend to roll their flasks to instant recovery, so the flask base speed does not matter:

In that case, you would use a hallowed flask. If for some reason, you don't want to go for instant recovery, sanctified flasks may be useful.
Hallowed: 10/30 charges
Sanctified: 15/30 charges

ie. sanctified flask takes 50% more time to recharge and you get only two charges, but their high regen can still be useful. I usually use one of both type, for ex:

When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch?
If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
Watching witches watch watches is not for the faint of heart...

With a crit build, its like a free 4% life regen node :').

But like others mentioned its situational. Also, if you for example are using them for the "passive buff" and not directly for the heal, a longer duration might be more beneficial.
Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

I'm quite new to Flask type mechanic.
So, for Santified Flask, they gain 2 charges per kill while Hallowed gain 1 charge per kill?

Hallowed is only good for instant flasks as in Seething Hallowed Life Flask Of X.

Sanctified is the best as a regen flask (not seething) as in sapping or catalyzed prefixes

What about the charge gain per kill?
Do they both yield the same charge gain per kill, as for the rest of other type of flask (and oc course ignoring the type of Explicit properties on the flasks)

They gain same charges per kill, the hallowed fills faster because it uses less charges out of the total availible.

example: if you killed 30 mobs you'd be able to use the hollowed flask 3 times but the sanctified flask only 2 times since the sanctified flask uses 15 out of 30 charges per use.

This is when Sanctified flasks are nice, ie. 50% speed or if you use BM then the +60%/-10% mod.

Generally they aren't worth it though (because of the charges used, otherwise they are nice), unless you found one like that and didn't have the currency to roll what you wanted on a 20% hallowed.
