what makes a valuable quiver?

I've been curious about this myself. I even have a pretty high level archer and don't know what other people consider a good quiver. This goes for rings and amulets too. These items are especially hard for me to evaluate, because of the abundance of possible affixes I assume.
I did pick up this one recently while mapping though and assume its quite nice for some builds: |
