Low life ST without crown of eyes?

I know this is probably a very stupid question, but is a low life spectral throw build possible without the crown of eyes? Like is there any possible way to create one without it?

Well low life hinges on Shavs. And if you can afford a shavs, you ought to be able to afford a CoE.

Well, you'd still benefit plenty if you have a physical dagger and are able to use Empower with corrupted Lioneye's. You don't get 30% more damage from PA, but you can still get auras on life, stun immunity from Lioneye's, tons of attack speed from blood rage, and save a life leech gem and blood magic gem through BR. So if you have every other expensive ass item, sure, it can still be worth it. But CoE is just another item in a massive pile of currency at that point.

Yeah, if he has a Shavronne's then it could be worth trying as long as he has these suckers

(the gems don't need to be perfeect, just the roll on the boot will get you started off)


If he's missing Shav, then I think he's probably better off looking at other builds. Using Solaris Lorica to be safe on low life and not having a CoE is just pushing it to the point where he's probably just better off with another build. (stuff like Auxium can be substituted out for a WED belt if it comes down to it, but he's looking at a really low ES build if he's missing so many core pieces and it's just not worth it imo.)
