Rogues vs melee evasion
|
OP, as an eva char always use blind on a single target attack skill, it's a must.
Blinded and enfeebled mobs/rogues/bosses without RT can't touch you. Such as Johan and Xandro are gearchecks, if you can't pass it, skip. This is a buff © 2016

Yeah I didn't read carefully.
So it appears OP is misleading us, because with ", enfeeble and blind it's impossible to be constantly hit 3/4 of the time. Another explanation is that Torr has RT, dunno about it. This is a buff © 2016

" This is incorrect. Only evasion has an entropy system and it is rendered "useless" given the enemy has sufficient accuracy to counter it. (even with enfeeble + blind, those are %reduced accuracy reductions a foe in theory can still have sufficient accuracy to hit 3/4 times) And since dodge and block are not entropy based, it could have simply failed. Chances are very slim obviously. But it is still "possible". Stating the op is misleading us would be wrong. Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

" Bullshit. It's impossible. If he got accuracy at all, it can't be that high to bypass the 55% eva related with the current area. I guess he uses RT and OP's dodge and low block just failed. Or OP's wrong and he wasn't hit that often, as he describes. This is a buff © 2016

Who says he does not have 100% increased accuracy in his passive tree for instance? And being a duelist, he might have a high flat dexterity as well.
